In 2022, I began working alongside a healthcare professional and full-time doctoral student to review and revise her doctoral research project. As if pursuing a doctorate degree wasn’t enough, she recently signed with a literary agent and is set to option her manuscript in the next 18 months. I’m partnering with her to ghostwrite the manuscript and related materials, including the formal proposal and summary.

Vast Bank

2021

I oversaw content creation for Vast Bank’s social media accounts. I was the first social media coordinator, so I got to build systems and protocols from the ground up, which included implementing customer support systems via social media and developing an FAQ repository. During my time with Vast, I grew the total social media following by over 200% across five platforms (Tiktok, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram). I also made a lot of Tiktoks.

ConsumerAffairs

2018–2021

At ConsumerAffairs, I created short- and long-form web content for industries like home & auto insurance, extended warranties, debt management/consolidation, and many, many more. This process involved conducting keyword & SEO research for existing & new web pages. I also supervised 26 freelance writers & copy-edited stories weekly.

Outside of work, I’m thrifting, making coffee, and reading. Probably all at the same time.
